- Full-Body Strength Training (20-30 minutes): Use your "Power Pack" for full-body exercises such as deadlifts, shoulder presses, squats, and lunges. Perform 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions per exercise.
Days 6 & 7: Rest Days or Active Recovery:
- Rest Day or Light Activities: Use these days for complete rest or relaxed activities as needed.
